Spanish industry in search of the potential of an enlarged Europe
Video
Alimentaria has carefully selected distribution purchasers from the countries that have just entered into the EU, so that they can meet with a series of Spanish companies interested in establishing trade relationships with them. Alimentaria is thus helping the Spanish industry to access a market of 75 million of consumers.
Meetings are held pursuant to an agenda that enables the most recent members of the EU to choose what Spanish companies they wish to contact. This initiative is sponsored by FIAB (Federation of Food and Beverage Industries) and ICEX.
These meetings are the commercial axis of the EU-10 Project, but they also offer more advantages. The plan also includes technical seminars and Spanish cuisine promotional events. Participant countries include Cyprus, Latvia, Slovakia, Lithuania, Slovenia, Malta, Estonia, Poland, Hungary and the Czech Republic.
