Point of meeting exception

The Village of Alimentaria supposes an ideal emplacement in order that visitors and exhibitors could share impressions, simultaneously that enjoy the best meal of the Mediterranean. Placed in the Avenue Maria Cristina, the Village of Alimentaria was managed by the family Massana, owner of the restaurant Cal Pere del Masset de Sant Pau d'Ordal. The young man Pere Massana was at the head of this space that offered a menu based on the basic products of the Mediterranean Diet.

With more of 350m2, the Village of Alimentaria turns into the anteroom of the new concept Alimentaria Premium and one of the major offers of this fair, with an ultramodern look and, simultaneously, very hospitably, the Village of Alimentaria was the place of meeting and indispensable degustation for those who, beside business work and to do, want to enjoy the best cuisine.

From the cream of peas of the Maresme with creaking of prawns and soft aroma of mint and Jabugo, the salad of lobster, passing for the kid rustido in his sauce or the sole with citrus fruits, there are alone some examples of the delights extracted from the letter that all those that approach the Village were able to enjoy. All this accompanied by an exceptional letter of wines, of all the corners of Spain.

Supervised by the Village there was Pere Massana, a new talent of the cuisine that is postulated as a young promise of the gastronomic renovation tied to the products that form the Mediterranean Diet. From 1969, the family Massana Cal Pere del Masset manages the restaurant, in Sant Pau d'Ordal, being tied always to the traditional Catalan cuisine. During the last years, Pere Massana has given an innovative impulse to the most classic flavors, promoting new trends inside the most traditional plates.
