
Alimentaria is made up of a total of thirteen sector-specific exhibitions, each one devoted to a particular family of food products: Intercarn, Interlact, Mundidulce, Expobebidas, Interpesca, Expoconser, Congelexpo, Intervin, Vegefruit, Olivaria, Multiproducto, Ecological & Organic Food and Restaurama. Complementing these are the Autonomous Communities Pavilion and the International Pavilion, each specialised according to the origin of the products exhibited. Covering a net area of 131,000 m2 of exhibition space, the segmentation of the exhibits into separate exhibitions with independent show status is a distinguishing feature of the trade fair that makes the Alimentaria concept unique, placing it a cut above the competition.
