Ready-prepared and Ready-cooked Foods Live is holding its second edition, following on from the success of 2008. Part of Restaurama, the International Restaurant and Food Service Show, this activity offers specialists from the food and hospitality channel live demonstrations and the opportunity to sample dishes made with ready-prepared and ready-cooked products.

IV y V Gama en DirectoA new way of looking at cooking, with a focus on optimising the use of time without leaving behind excellence, appetite and flavour during preparation and healthy ways of cooking. Today, many menus are made using dishes from central kitchens, whose qualities can be preserved thanks to new food-service technologies, retaining the same flavour and texture as if they had been cooked to order. This makes the work of restaurants easier, as they only have to heat and assemble on site. Much quicker and just as tasty for customers.

Alimentaria is dedicating an important place to this way of looking at cooking, with cooks offering demonstrations with foods previously cooked using the latest technology, which they heat and assemble live.
