Restaurama 2012 is committed to offering practical information, training, networks and events that can be applied to offer global solutions to suit the new needs of the present-day restaurateur. One of the Show’s strengths is the large number of associated activities it includes, all of them structured around its main focus: gastronomy.

Joining as a new activity, the Food Experience, Markets & Trends will feature for the first time in this edition, a dynamic space of 720 m² designed for professionals from the food and hospitality channel that will host Show Cookings, workshops, tastings and conferences, accessible for free. This new space will be made up of two auditoriums in which the most important brands from the Food Service industry will be able to present their innovations; demonstrations of the latest novelties in ready-prepared and ready-cooked foods will also take place, while companies from overseas will be able to display international culinary trends.

The international auditorium will offer show cooking and practical demonstrations from overseas countries, such as the Mexican cuisine or the Japanese Sushi.

Within the national auditorium will be presented the latest products & services that can help the day to day of the professionals from the HORECA channel, from a speech about the most important consumer trends to a direct demonstration with the most precise oven.

Once more, Ilpra Systems España will bring dynamism to this space devoted to the latest technology in ready-prepared and ready-cooked foods. With daily themed conferences and tastings, reputable manufacturers will raise awareness of the best solutions in machinery and packaging for the manufacturing and preparation of these products.
