Admission to Alimentaria is restricted exclusively to trade visitors. Only decisions makers from the following sectors of the food and drinks industry are allowed to access the Show:
- Great modern distribution
- Wholesale trade
- Retail trade
- Import /Export
- Distribution
- Central purchasing agencies
- Restaurants and hotels

- Catering
- Industry
- Professional associations and institutions

The Organization reserves the right to refuse admission to visitors who can not provide proof of their trade visitor status.
Persons under 18 are not admitted
Students over 18 from schools teaching studies related to the agri-food sector or hotel and restaurant management can visit the Show. In these cases, the school must send an application to the Organization. Students will not be allowed to register individually as professional visitors. More information
