Vinorum Think
A think-tank for wine-related discussions, knowledge-sharing and business

A unique four-day programme unprecedented in Spain that aims to examine the current status and potential of Spanish wine and its synergies with high-end gastronomy. It also features a huge bar for tasting some of the best wines in the world as a complement to the Intervin offering.

Vinorum Think includes a dozen master tasting sessions to unveil the wines that are setting the trends, and a space featuring the most outstanding classic ‘pairings' in Spain between wine and cuisine.

Innovative cocktails will be shaking up Alimentaria

Barcelona Cocktail Art reflects Alimentaria 2018's commitment to up-to-the-minute innovations and trends in cocktail-making. The exhibition and demo area will be the venue for presentations, workshops, master classes and tasting sessions by leading national and international experts.

This space will also be complemented by activities held around the city, together forming a revolutionary global strategy during Alimentaria 2018 that will make Barcelona the focal point of the cocktail sector.

Although Alimentaria in itself is a compendium of new products, Innoval is the place at the show to find the latest launches in the food industry and serves as a barometer of trends.
